North meets south

We love culinary creations. From the north we take the herbs and the art of home cooking, whilst the south has inspired us with its finesse and the local Ladin cooking has given us recipes from traditional farms, having been passed from generation to generation. The resulting combination is very tasty!

Start the day with a hearty breakfast of bread from the village baker, coffee, tea, homemade jams, butter and honey as well as a selection of sausage, cheese, eggs, muesli and yoghurt. In the evening tempt your palate with the chef's varied blend of Alpine and Mediterranean flavours, fresh herbs and accompanying wine list.
